This one goes out to all the crazy tomato-haters who read the comic.
Speaking of tomatoes, someone who would know better than me points out that in the recent comic on ketchup, the Malay word in question actually means soy sauce. I think what happened might be that it used to mean fish sauce, but Merriam-Webster didn't bother to tell me that by "Malay" they meant "Malay as of hundreds of years ago."
